Our anti-wrinkle injections work at the presynaptic region of the neuromuscular junction by blocking the release of acetylcholine from the motor nerve terminals, this inhibits how much the treated muscle can contract, which can reduce the formation of wrinkles and lift or drop the treated area - depending on the desired outcome.

Our anti-wrinkle solution comes in a sealed vial and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic saline - a product used to dissolve drugs in preparation for administration through injection. It is then drawn into a pre-assembled syringe, with a needle that has an appropriate gauge and length for the proposed treatment areas.

After the product is prepared, it will be injected into the proposed treatment areas. Injections take a few minutes to administer and are mildly uncomfortable as they are performed using an ultra-fine needle.
