Our plasma fibroblast treatments are performed using a plasma-generating device that emits a small controlled arch of ionised gas to the epidermis and upper dermis layers of the skin, creating micro-trauma. In response to this, the body’s wound healing response is triggered - stimulating fibroblast activity and subsequent collagen and elastin synthesis, leading to firmer skin.

Our plasma fibroblast treatments can be used almost anywhere on the face or body to remove un-wanted growths or wrinkles and to firm or lift the treated areas.

Once the treatment areas are identified, topical numbing cream will be administered. After this, the plasma-generating device will be used to emit controlled bursts of ionised gas onto strategic sites within the treatment areas - creating tiny dots of micro-trauma to the epidermis and upper dermis layers of the skin.

It will take one to three treatments spaced twelve weeks apart to achieve optimum results. Once this has been achieved, a subsequent appointment will only be required when new signs of aging develop, over time.
